3. ORDERING & PAYMENT TERMS

Order Process:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud or errors

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Window & Conditions:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Original packaging required for all returns
• Return shipping is customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items:

• 59FIFTY Fitted caps (due to custom sizing and hygiene)
• Earrings and jewelry (for health and safety reasons)
• Final sale and clearance items
• Used, damaged, or personalized products

2. Include order number, items, reason, and preferred resolution
3. Wait for Return Authorization Number and instructions
