RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific item)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you). Ship to:

Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Timeline

  • Shipping: New item ships via your original shipping method
  • Delivery: Standard shipping times apply (10-25 days depending on method)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain the integrity of our urban culture products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality control reasons:

  • Headwear: 59FIFTY Fitted caps (due to custom sizing and hygiene considerations)
  • Jewelry: Earrings (for health and safety reasons)
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or sale items
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products not in original condition
  • Personalized/Custom Items: Made-to-order products

Defective items in these categories will be reviewed case by case by our style crew.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global streetwear community (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return to our Chicago address using a trackable shipping method
  • Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
